About Us
Cedar Cove was formed in 2013 to fill a unique gap in the market. Previously, unit developments were large and bulky in size and located along major roads. It was Cedar Cove's vision to fill a niche market and provide well located small block units in quiet locations to appeal to a purchaser previously adverse to unit living.
As demand and desire for small block units has changed, so have we. Our projects brings the same high quality and attention to detail in our units to inner city villas.
